Independent Reserve Singapore is seeking an experienced Payment Sales Manager to lead the launch of our spend management and cross-border payments solution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive revenue growth by prospecting and closing corporate clients and SMEs requiring cross-border payment solutions
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, onboarding, and account management
- Build your network through industry events, trade associations, and professional channels to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop sales materials, gather market feedback, and influence product strategy
- Represent Independent Reserve at conferences and networking events to establish market presence
- Establish sales processes as the pioneer member of our payments team, with opportunity to build and lead as we scale
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field
- 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX solutions, or corporate treasury needs
- Existing network within Singapore's corporate or SME business community
- Self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
